Stercorarius skua

Great Skua - Large sea bird which attacks other birds forcing them to drop food in mid air to feed their young. Also known as Bonxie. Striking white patches at the base of its primary feathers help distinguish it. This one seemed to be interested in what looked like a dead fish floating in the Irish sea.
