Kentish Plover - Feeds on worms insects and crustaceans at the waters edge. This plover no longer breeds in Britain as its name suggests. It is now just a summer visitor to Northern Europe where I took these images at Cabanas De Tavira salt pans in the Algarve Southern Portugal. It breeds in the coastal areas of western and southern Europe
