Blackcap - The Blackcap is a summer resident, it mainly habitats in woods and shrubberies. A classic songster with a similar tone to a Blackbird. These images were taken in the Lough Annagh area, Ballinaglera Co. Leitrim. There is also one from the Vilamoura reedbeds in the Algarve. The male has a black cap as it's name suggests.
