Ardea alba

Great Egret - or common egret c an be distinguished from other white egrets by its yellow bill and black legs and feet. Much larger than the little egret. It is nearer to the size of a grey heron. It feeds on fish, insects and frogs. They are found near water, salt or fresh, and feed in wetlands, streams, ponds, tidal flats, and other areas. I saw this one at Quinta Da Rocha in the Alvor estuary Portugal.
